Events

The Club offers its members a carefully curated programme of private events and case studies, led by our members and blue-chip corporate partners at the top of the board space. We tend to offer three or four hand-picked events each month, showcasing the most informed voices and enabling information sharing and learning between members.

Our events span the full breadth of board-level concern. For example, in partnership with one of the world's leading corporate law firms, members took part in an activist engagement simulation, with roles played by a wide range of advisors. It explored real case studies, emerging trends, and practical mitigation strategies.

In another session, hosted by a specialist insurer and cyber risk advisory firm, members experienced the real-time dynamics of a live critical breach simulation, understanding first-hand the decisions and mitigation opportunities that arise when a serious cyber incident unfolds.

Other recent highlights include a drinks reception with the board practice of a global headhunting firm; a special guidance session on remuneration resolutions; and an in-person breakfast on AI and deepfakes.
