Membership Eligibility

Membership of The 350 Club is available to individuals who currently hold, or have recently (under twelve months) held, one of the following positions:

FTSE 350 Board - Non-executive or Executive Director of a FTSE 350 company, encompassing the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 indices. 

FTSE 100 Executive Committee - Executive committee member of a FTSE 100 company. Typically this includes the CEO's direct reports as they appear on the company’s leadership page. 

FTSE AIM (>£400m market capitalisation) - Non-executive Director of an AIM-listed company, where the company carries a market capitalisation of £400 million or greater. 

Private Equivalents - The Club recognises that there are many large private companies of a comparable scale and complexity to the listed group, and they are also welcomed. These may be UK or internationally based. 

International - Reflecting its global reach, the Club is also open to board members or leaders from FTSE 100 equivalents, both listed and private, from all countries worldwide. It is also open to board members of companies of equivalent FTSE 250 scale. It currently has numerous board members from the S&P 100, Euronext 100, DAX, CAC 40, BEL 20, Nikkei, ASX and Hang Seng.
