Membership Eligibility

Membership of Boardhouse is available to individuals who hold, or have recently (under twelve months) held, one of the following positions:

FTSE 100 Executive Committee Direct Reports - Direct reports to the executive committee of a FTSE 100 company. Typically this includes senior leaders in the tier immediately below the CEO's direct reports, as they appear on the company's leadership or management page.

FTSE 250 Executive Committee (Non-Board) - Executive committee member of a FTSE 250 company who does not hold a position on the main board. Typically this includes the CEO's direct reports where they are not concurrently appointed as a Director.

Small Cap, AIM & Equivalent Listed Companies - Non-executive member of a Small Cap or AIM-listed company. Boardhouse welcomes both formal Non-executive Directors and those serving in a non- executive capacity at this level.

UK Subsidiary Boards - Board member of a UK subsidiary where the parent company is of sufficient scale to be broadly comparable to a FTSE-listed entity. The Boardhouse team will consider each such application on its merits.

Private Equivalents - The Boardhouse team recognises that there are many large private companies of a comparable scale and complexity to the listed group, and they are also welcomed. These may be UK or internationally based.

International - Reflecting its global reach, Boardhouse is also open to board members or leaders from FTSE 100 equivalents, both listed and private, from all countries worldwide. It is also open to board members of companies of equivalent FTSE 250 scale.

We carefully consider each application and, on occasion, may request additional information. If you have any enquiries about membership eligibility, please contact [email protected].
