About Boardhouse

A closed community for senior board members and leaders

Boardhouse is a private peer community enabling FTSE 100 executive committee members direct reports, FTSE 250 non-board executive committee members and non-executive members of Small Cap, AIM and the largest UK subsidiary board members to interact as a private group. Its membership covers 23% of the FTSE 100 and 22% of the FTSE 250 index. 

Members can search and message colleagues by interest, expertise, sector and skillset to compare notes across sector and geography. They have private access to exclusive commercial NED vacancies from leading board search firms such as Egon Zehnder, Russell Reynolds, Sapphire Partners and others.

The platform also plays a unique role in the board space by connecting its members with leading board headhunters against specific mandates, not unlike a clearing house. It is not a recruitment site. On the contrary, Boardhouse actively supports the board headhunter community.

Boardhouse operates under the Chatham House rule on a bespoke, proprietary platform. It has no advertising, allows only members to interact on it and permits no solicitation. It is free for eligible members to join and has a select group of blue chip corporate partners including Capgemini, Egon Zehnder and BCG. It also enables the development of key talent for FTSE 350 groups on an enterprise subscription basis.
