The 350 Club is the closed online community for FTSE 350 board members and FTSE 100 executive committee members, enabling them to connect and collaborate as a private group.
Free to join, members can search the confidential, secure directory to identify FTSE 350 colleagues by name, sector, company and expertise, send messages straight to their inboxes and share knowledge in dedicated virtual peer and board committee groups.
In addition, the platform plays a unique role in the board space by connecting the member community with leading board headhunters against specific mandates, not unlike a clearing house.
A private club operating under the Chatham House rule, the Club is entirely virtual, has no advertising, allows only members to interact on it, and permits no solicitation. Security and confidentiality are built into the infrastructure. It is a confidential platform which only eligible members can join.
The Club has Chairs, Group CEO and board and executive committee members from 91% of FTSE 100 index and 75% of the FTSE 250 index. Members can be from FTSE 100 equivalent businesses in the US and Europe, and those which are privately held in the UK.

To foster a rich set of voices we curate the inclusion of a small additional FTSE 350 board ready group of members, with a focus on diversity and digital, and include some FTSE 100 equivalent members. Around 37% of our members hold an executive role, 8% are ethnically diverse and 59% are women.
Our business model and corporate partnerships
The platform is free to members and has a corporate partner revenue model. We work with a select group of FTSE 350 corporate partners and leading organisations, such as BCG, Egon Zehnder, Peel Hunt, PwC NED Programme and Landsec, on an enterprise subscription basis. To enquire please email: members@the350.club.
We are not a recruitment site in any form and fully support the board headhunting community. We have partnerships with a range of leading board headhunters which give Club members access to otherwise closed commercial vacancies.
